Our 1st 1-bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor of Block 10 in Myramar Oasis.  It is light and airy and has great views from the balcony and the bedroom.  It can accommodate up to 4 people (a family of 5 would be considered as there is room for a cot or extra Z-bed).

     - Folding dining table and 2 chairs.

     - Bathroom with full sized bath, shower, wash basin, toilet & bidet.

     - Large storage cupboards with extra bed and chest of drawers.

     - South-west facing balcony with afternoon/early evening sun. Sea and mountain views

       and overlooking the communal Pools & Gardens

MYRAMAR 1-BED RATES 2010/2011

A family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children) would be considered as there is room in the bedroom for a single Z-bed - and extra 25% of the weekly fee would be charged.

30% deposit payable at the time of booking - non-returnable in the event of cancellation.

Final payment (less 30% paid deposit) due 1 month before arrival - in some cases, balance can be paid on arrival in cash.

Payment methods: direct transfer into UK bank account via phone/internet banking

                          or over the counter at any branch of HSBC (preferred method).

                          Cheque sent to UK address.

                          If payment to be made in euros - direct transfer into Spanish account.
